About the Role

The Associate Architect will shape the technical direction of our projects, ensuring the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and efficient systems. This role involves mentoring technical staff, navigating organizational and technical silos, and defining technical specifications based on agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintain reputed company systems.

• Building relationships with the Enterprise Architecture community, acts as liaison between a project team and the Operations and IS Support staff.

Requirements

• Have completed a program of study typically requiring four years of post-secondary education or higher educational attainment.
• 3 years’ experience as a Software Architect or similar role, with expertise in Java, Angular, and AWS.
• Understanding of software boundaries, cross-platform implications, and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Expertise in building and maintaining reputed company systems, with the ability to quickly reputed company proficiency in new technical domains as required.
• Ability to apply and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiencies, and comfortable working with prototype approaches to problem-solving.
