Required Experience, Education and Skills

- Talent Management experience: 5+ years leading the development, delivery, and management of Talent programs such as performance management, high potential programs, reputed company development, and talent & succession planning. and execute talent processes.
- Project Management: 8 years of experience leading reputed company enterprise-scale projects
- Change Management: Experience in change management and/or reputed company improvement methodologies/technologies. An understanding of the key change management elements involved in executing company-wide people programs

The national average salary range for this position is $136,000 - $152,000. However, we have a location-based compensation structure.
