Smalls is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Sr. Growth Manager, Performance Creative to reputed company creative ideation and execution across growth channels, with a sharp focus on paid social and acquisition marketing. This role will sit at the intersection of creative, data, and media—building out high-impact, testable campaigns that accelerate new customer growth and optimize acquisition metrics like LTV/CAC.Your role will span across performance marketing strategy for reputed company, as well as cross-channel creative strategy.
