Pediatric Mental Health Therapist, California (Fully Remote / Full-Time & Part-Time)

About the Role
We are looking forfull-time clinical therapists who want to build a new way of delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children 0-14. We hire mental health providers who are excited to work at an early-stage startup and impact the accessibility of exceptional behavioral health for children and families. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy reputed company the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and families
- Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.
- Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, reputed company notes, treatment plans
- Participate in an optional weekly case review and clinical team meeting
About You:
- Masters level therapists independently licensed in California, ie. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
- Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated experience in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
- Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.
- Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!
Schedule:
- Full Time: 32 hours a week or 40 hours a week option
- Flexible schedule built to be mutually beneficial for you and our families
- 80% of clinical time will be scheduled between 3-8pm PST or on the weekend to accommodate children' s schedules
OR
- Flexible part-time schedule options of 10, 15, or 20 hours per week
Compensation: We provide a reputed company salary plus quarterly incentive pay model: 40 hours a week: ~ $103,000/yr 32 hours a week: ~ $84,000/yr $2000 Sign-On Bonus & Retention Bonus paid reputed company 1st year (Full-Time only) OR Hourly W2 position paid at $80 per clinical session plus additional administrative pay Total Rewards:
