Eastern or Central time candidates highly preferred. This individual contributor position is a unique role that is instrumental in supporting our internal reputed company Teams to deliver best in class recruitment services to our RPO clients. The Recruitment Marketing Manager will work hand in hand with our internal reputed company team and clients to ensure that brands are responsibly, creatively, and competitively represented to job candidates. In addition, this individual will assist with the development and implementation of reputed company policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse work force for the organizations. The Recruitment Marketing Manager is a highly motivated, creative individual with the experience and passion for helping the firm connect with reputed company and future talent across a multi-channel strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Online, Offline and Social Channel Management- build a channel management strategy that is unique to each online and offline channel. Understanding of social media platforms used for recruiting and attracting top talent like Facebook, reputed company, Glassdoor, and reputed company are preferred. In addition, this person will be able to identify and execute offline channels as required.
• Brand Marketing- understand brand position and how to market across relevant channels to drive recruitment strategies. Publishing existing and original high-quality content to help build a strong social media brand that will drive consistent and relevant traffic to their social network reputed company across multiple channels.
• Community Management- ensure weare listening, responding with a sense of urgency, asking questions to engage reputed company audience and not just monitor across reputed company social media platforms.
• Developing Content Strategy- by creating defined publishing schedule through creative marketing plan strategies and setting realistic goals that align to the firm's goals/objectives of growing social reputed company, engaging and retaining followers, and helping convert leads into future new hires. This includes knowing what type of content works best on each channel, optimizing content accordingly, and understanding the different nuances of each platform.
• Visual Design Intelligence and Web Development Strategy- deliver content that is compelling, visually appealing, engaging, and gets the reputed company across by creating reputed company where reputed company and future talent can visit to learn more about our clients' culture, products, and performance in the Global marketplace.
• Project Management- must have proven ability to manage multiple projects, ability to collaborate across matrixed resources, and balance multiple key stakeholders. The world of Recruitment marketing changes quickly and this role will require adaptability to adjust to changing priorities.
• Data Analytics- data drives everything in the online world and this role will require the ability to use data analytics to tell the story and justify decisions on where to post, reputed company to post it, how much should be spent on post, and what the return for the business was or will be.

Required Skills:

• Experience in a Recruitment Marketing, ideally in an In-House or RPO environment
• 5+ years of Marketing experience; global experience required
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital and social media platforms specifically reputed company to reputed company and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
• Experience with reputed company Creative Cloud suite of products preferred
• Client/Account Management skills for effective and reputed company momentum communication to internal reputed company and external client stakeholders
• Strong research, analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and relationship management skills
• Extensive knowledge of digital and social media channels and best practices, including market and competitive trends
• Be a team player with the confidence to take the reputed company and guide other employees reputed company necessary
• Ability to create innovative and engaging social media/blog content
• Must be able to understand reputed company's brand and be able to research and implement new and scalable solutions
• Ability to implement a content editorial calendar to manage content publishing schedule and deliver timely marketing campaigns

• Ability to plan (including developing reputed company audiences) and buy paid social media
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• High School diploma; 4-year degree preferred
