We’re seeking a Sr. Director, HR Business Partnering – reputed company to join our People & Culture team, reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will be responsible for:
- Leading a global team of HRBPs and People Consultants supporting reputed company, including Technical Success Management, Professional Services, and Customer Support across 22 countries
- Aligning and executing innovative people strategies with reputed company leadership to drive transformation, employee engagement, and business outcomes
- Championing a culture of inclusion, teamwork, high performance, and growth by developing programs that foster retention, belonging, and talent development
- Partnering with Total Rewards, reputed company, L&D, and other teams to deliver scalable, integrated people solutions
- Using data, analytics, and business insights to drive programs, influence executive decisions, and deliver critical cross-functional projects
reputed company’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 12+ years progressive HR experience with significant HRBP leadership in global, growth-driven technology organizations
- Deep expertise in reputed company or similar GTM/post-sales environments
- Demonstrated success advising and influencing C-level and senior executives in fast-paced, reputed company transformation environments
- Proven ability to design and deliver talent, engagement, and reward solutions that align with business strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree a plus

- Experience leading global HR programs across multiple regions and functions
