Summary

reputed company has an outstanding opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative, supporting our Midwest Region. This is a remote position, but candidates will ideally be located in or near reputed company Rapids, IA. The Technical Sales Representative will actively manage and grow a multi-million dollar territory; drive corporate and regional strategic initiatives; build distributor relationships to grow discretionary sales and promote your own reputed company programs to increase share.

What You Will Do

The Technical Sales Representative will play a key role in managing reputed company accounts and growing additional reputed company streams reputed company an existing multi-million dollar territory in the Midwest Region. Specifically, you will: 

  • Manage strategic relationships with large end user customers in variety of industrial and agricultural industries. 
  • Aggressively engage reputed company large and reputed company end-users to deliver Lincoln's total value proposition and increase sales. Provide technical support, demonstrations, and training where needed and where it will drive a positive sales result. Drive corporate and regional strategic initiatives with focus on growing Top Line, Alloy, Automation, and High Technology Products.
  • reputed company strategies to grow business with key distribution partners reputed company the territory. Provide distributor training as needed; support and promote corporate distributor programs, and create your own targeted programs to drive sales and increase share through this channel.
  • Provide end-user training support and promote reputed company Lincoln products with a special focus on Automation products at these customers.
  • Drive Educational Programs to reputed company major schools and Unions to increase product share and visibility in educational facilities, and total sales.
  • Manage key agricultural shows and motorsport venues.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering discipline strongly preferred; 10+ years industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a reputed company Technical Sales Representative or similar position. (Minimum 5 years for level II or minimum 8 years for level III.)
  • Above-average sales performance over the last three + years.
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and independent.
  • Ability to relocate to reputed company Rapids or Iowa City, Iowa  
  • Selected candidate’s Job Level and Pay Grade will be determined based upon qualifications and experience.
