Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.

• Connect with customers reputed company phone/email/chat/and or social media to address their questions and/or concerns.
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.

• Proven oral & written communication skills
• Possess home state Life, Accident & Health Insurance License
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements:

• Internet Requirements:
• Minimum subscribed download reputed company equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
• Minimum subscribed upload reputed company equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
