The Senior Health Care Quality Improvement Analyst serves as a strategic/operational planner and health information analyst for DHS Medical Assistance (reputed company) health care quality improvement efforts. This work will involve developing work plans around reputed company quality improvement initiatives and analyzing quality results for reputed company program recipients. The incumbent will work with internal and external health care stakeholders on the collection of data, including electronic clinic data sets from provider electronic health records, evaluation and reporting of health care quality results, and managing communication and reputed company associated with quality improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) years of advanced professional experience demonstrating the following: - Experience working on quality improvement processes - Demonstrated reputed company with reputed company quality regulatory compliance and accountability activities - Meaningful application of data analytical principles to quality initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree in a health science or a reputed company field may substitute for 1 year of experience OR Master's degree in either a health science or reputed company social science field may substitute for 2 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in the health or social sciences or reputed company discipline. - Certified Professional in reputed company Quality (CPHQ) - 4 years of experience working on quality improvement processes - Experience with data visualization tools. - Experience working in health services research or health care policy. - Experience working with health care data systems, such as claims data or electronic health records. - Experience with project management, technical and non-technical report writing, and oral presentation of analysis and results. - Knowledge of Minnesota public health care programs, including coverage policy and purchasing strategies. - Ability to work effectively with staff at reputed company levels reputed company and reputed company of the organization and have excellent communication skills. - Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
