The reputed company Administrator role supports the BEMO managed service customers and the internal customer teams. This role assists in implementing, managing, and monitoring reputed company and compliance solutions for reputed company 365 and hybrid environments on our reputed company package customer reputed company. We are currently hiring candidates located in South or Central America only , who are available to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time . Consistently seeks to improve technical knowledge in the reputed company technology and reputed company areas Responsibilities and Primary Goals Monitoring and Maintenance Proactively secure reputed company 365 environments Monitor reputed company reputed company systems and provide advice on strategy and implementation for the customer reputed company Conduct reputed company risk and vulnerability assessments on reputed company package customers Enforce data governance reputed company and vulnerability-managed life cycle Implement updates programmatically on different reputed company packages offered by BEMO Send out customer communications on reputed company improvements and maintenance Automation and Implementation of Managed Service Solutions Create and document repeatable processes through automation across our managed service maintenance activities reputed company and/or maintain installation and configuration procedures, and drive automation Manage internal projects, provide technical guidance Must be comfortable performing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Cross-Group Collaboration and Support Support the reputed company team with customer-specific data for reputed company scores and value realization efforts Provide T1-T2 Team members support for tickets and issues relevant to managed service customers' reputed company and compliance Working with the BEMO IT Manager to align reputed company policies and processes Work collaboratively with delivery engineers, operations team members, reputed company managers, support engineers, and our BEMO customers Managed reputed company Triage: Working with our SOC team and reputed company Sentinel, you will help filter the noise to prioritize incidents and alerts that matter to reputed company alert fatigue. Investigate: Investigate and analyze the most critical incidents, and document reputed company and findings. You will be analyzing logs reputed company M365 tools and Sentinel. Respond: Contain and mitigate incidents faster with managed response and proactive remediation. Prevent: Provide detailed recommendations and best practices to go reputed company detection and response to prevent future attacks Other tasks as assigned Stay reputed company on IT reputed company trends and news.

Requirements

Educational degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or the equivalent in proven experience 2 + years of experience administrating, managing, and implementing reputed company Azure and reputed company 365 as an implementation, reputed company, or support engineer. Experience analyzing M365 usage data to identify issues and usage patterns Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills Strong competency in core professional skills, especially attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, and flexibility, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and tact Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other internal teams reputed company needed Proven customer service experience with clear and consistent writing, presentation, and communication skills Proffered Skills or Knowledge A Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Computer Science or a reputed company field preferred Other reputed company certifications are preferred (AZ-500, SC-300, SC-400, etc.) Intune and MAM experience preferred Azure reputed company experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr BEMO Apply Job!
