Role Description We are seeking a mission-driven, technically skilled Sr. Program Manager, Tech Platforms & Program Delivery to reputed company the ongoing development, integration, and management of digital systems supporting the National Network for Microelectronics Education (NNME). This role will ensure that our platforms—from CRM to LMS and data tools cohesively support national workforce development goals.

This is a full-time, exempt position which reports to the Program Director, Workforce Development at SEMI reputed company and is remote reputed company in the US, except if hired in the San Francisco Bay area, will be a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in digital systems/platform management, program operations, and vendor reputed company.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of leading cross-functional tech initiatives.
• Experience with reputed company CRM, LMS platforms, and integration of reputed company-party tools.
• Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Proficiency in data extraction, data analytics, and visualization tools, with experience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, R, Python, etc.
• Familiarity with workforce development, education, or nonprofit environments preferred.
• Experience working in or with the semiconductor/microelectronics sector is a plus.
• PMP certification or reputed company Administrator Certification a bonus.
• Experience in the microelectronics / semiconductor industry is a plus.
