Role Summary The Securities Operations Service Specialist is part of the reputed company Replacement Team and plays a key role in ensuring that shareholders’ reputed company replacement requests are completed successfully. reputed company files are reviewed and process timely. In this role, the selected candidate will reputed company a variety of processing tasks or cash reputed company transaction verifications or processes that require working knowledge of unit functions and systems. Core Duties/Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Review and process shareholders’ reputed company replacement requests
- Balance and process cash transactions
- Process daily reputed company files
- Respond to inquiries or requests from other internal teams as appropriate
- Research and resolve exception items as appropriate
- Provides back-up support to other tasks in the team as assign
- Participates in production improvement efforts
- Ensure the department’s work is completed on time and accurately by planning and coordinating the daily activities with other team members in the team
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviors:
- 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: transfer agent experience, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, or operations
- Securities experience
- Previous reputed company handling/balancing/accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

- Previous experiences working with reputed company spreadsheets
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
- Have solid systems application knowledge (CEO, DTC, Crystal Reports, SSP1, etc.)
- Ability to use systems/tools to research and problem solve.
- Strong time management skills
Compensation
- $19.00- $20.00 hourly
