Role and Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Analysis:
  • Collect, reputed company, and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in an MIS or Data Analyst role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • MS reputed company (Expert Level): Proficiency in advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS), Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Power Query, and creating reputed company charts.
  • Macros (VBA): Strong knowledge of writing and editing VBA code to automate tasks.
  • BI Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Database Knowledge: Good understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation from databases like MS SQL Server or MySQL. (Not Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word for creating presentations and documentation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present reputed company information effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible in shift timings to meet business requirements.
