About the Role

We are looking for an reputed company email strategist to join reputed company as an Email Strategy Manager on the reputed company Team. You will maximize the customer recognized value through reputed company’s email offering for reputed company customers and advise their program strategy in a consultative and data-driven fashion. Your core responsibility will be working with our reputed company Managers and customers as a trusted consultant advising on email marketing strategy, best practices and feature functionality. In addition to our reputed company Managers, you will work in reputed company coordination with Sales, Implementation Specialists, and Technical Account Managers to provide maximum value for your customers, while retaining and growing reputed company for reputed company. You will be responsible for accurate renewal forecasting, understanding customers goals and implementing tailored reputed company plans to meet and exceed customer targets.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Serve as an email marketing expert to drive the desired results for a customers multi-channel strategy in reputed company partnership with our reputed company Managers
  • Analyze and monitor program KPI’s and health metrics to proactively advise on the reputed company improvement and health of a customers email program
  • Act as the first reputed company of contact in resolving and/or escalating technical blockers or incidents preventing your customers from achieving reputed company
  • reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of our products and the broader email landscape - staying up to date on industry trends and best practices
  • Help in the reputed company development and roll out of reputed company’s email best practices
  • Collect customer feedback as well as your own experience to influence the product development cycle as well as specific product requirements
  • Accurately forecast renewals and escalate customer risk
  • Contribute to the reputed company development of the reputed company Customer experience
  • Your Expertise

  • 3+ years of account management experience required (ideally at an ESP or CDP)
  • Strong product reputed company and knowledge of the inner workings of the email ecosystem; experience with email deliverability a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to strengthen the relationship with existing customers (e.g. turning detractors to promoters, developing reputed company “champions”) and proactively getting reputed company of risks that could impact customer retention
  • Experience with HTML/CSS, APIs, SFTP, webhooks and platforms often integrated with the leading ESPs

    - The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $76,000 - $115,000 annually + bonus/commission
