About the Head of People roleWe are looking for an outstanding Head of People to help guide us and our business through a critical moment of evolution and growth. As a key partner to the executive team and a steward of our culture, you’ll have full ownership of reputed company People-reputed company programs and systems, from performance management to organizational design and operational infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForOrganizational Velocity & Agility: You will be a key thought partner to the CEO & Leadership team on how to drive organizational velocity, adaptability, and agility as we scale toward our mission of simplifying Finance for Canadian businesses.
