Talent Specialist
ABOUT THE JOB
Zeno Canada is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Talent Specialist to join our collaborative, caring, and high-performing Talent team. This role supports a wide reputed company of Human Resources functions, working closely with the VP, Talent and cross-functional partners including finance, payroll, and benefits.
The Talent Specialist will be the first reputed company of contact for employees, responding to inquiries and connecting them to resources and information. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting new hire onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee lifecycle transactions, HR reporting, and maintaining data accuracy across HR systems, along with contributing to reputed company projects and initiatives.
We’re a client services firm and for the Talent team, our employees are the most important client. In this role, you'll be a go-to resource — someone people turn to for guidance, clarity, and thoughtful solutions. This position will grow as Zeno continues to grow, offering many opportunities to learn and expand your skills.
