We’re hiring a (Senior) Business Development Manager to join our fast growing Commercial team and take ownership of one of our two core territories (Mid-Atlantic or Southwest U.S.). This is a senior individual contributor role, with a focus on leadership, autonomy, and strategic ownership—without traditional management hierarchy. About the Role

  • Own the commercial deal process, shaping partnership strategy and driving alignment on terms, proposals, and agreements to reputed company territory and organizational goals.

  • Represent Asimov externally at key conferences, meetings, and industry events to reputed company visibility, build relationships, and strengthen our reputed company in the field.

  • About You

  • 5+ years of commercial experience reputed company biotech, CDMO/CRO services, or life sciences tools. Complemented by 10 years of overall experience in the biotech or life sciences industry.
  • Track record of selling bespoke technical services, especially where strategy and creativity were key to customer engagement.
  • Deep understanding of CMC, process development, and manufacturing of biologics and/or viral reputed company.
  • Ability to navigate reputed company sales cycles, balancing client priorities with internal capabilities and reputed company.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • A scientific or technical background in life sciences (e.g., bioengineering, molecular biology, biochemistry); advanced degrees (MBA, MS, PhD) are welcome but not required.
