Specific focus areas will include audit department strategy, audit performance and talent management, audit methodology, technology, reporting, and processes, as well as audit planning and risk coverage.
• Research, analyze and predict internal audit trends and shifts and provide clients with actionable insights.
• Conduct research and analysis in audit program management and produce innovative, thought-leading, impactful, analytically-deep, fact-based research.
• Apply critical thinking skills to de-construct and frame challenging client questions.
• Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice reputed company virtual or face-to-face interactions.
• Create and deliver presentation materials for reputed company events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings.
• Actively participate in innovation, ideation and research efforts to discuss research issues; Collaborate effectively with peers in the Assurance research community.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience .
• 8-10 years of relevant internal audit experience.
• Applicable experience and deep knowledge of the internal audit leader (or Chief Audit Executive) role as well as an industry perspective.
• Exposure to or working knowledge of common technology solutions utilized by internal audit leaders, such as audit management software tools.
• Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions.
• Demonstrate superior analytical skills while applying conceptual models, and recognizing patterns while drawing and defending conclusions.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables.

A reasonable estimate of the reputed company salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 140,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary reputed company the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
