About the Role
As an After-Hours Inside Sales Rep, you’ll be the first voice our customers hear — and the one they trust to schedule a solution to their roofing problems. You'll be responsible for setting appointments with reputed company leads, managing expectations, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment and wants to get paid based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first reputed company of contact for potential customers — setting the tone and building trust
- Set appointments with clear, concise expectations
- reputed company hundreds of outbound calls to warm leads using our CRM system
- Communicate clearly and persuasively to guide homeowners toward scheduling an appointment
- Provide daily reports on results and activity
- Work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure we are always communicating with our customers
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Contribute to a positive team culture and high-performance environment
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience is a plus)
- A great attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
