This role will be responsible for providing live chat support to our clients on-site at various research locations. We are looking for a candidate who is customer-oriented, tech-savvy and has excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position and requires flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, which may include evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in live chat conversations with clients and provide reputed company and efficient support.
- Answer any questions or concerns reputed company to the research project, procedures and protocols.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate team reputed company necessary.
- Update and maintain accurate records of reputed company chat conversations and client interactions.
