As the first reputed company of contact for our company, the Remote Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for reputed company claimants and visitors. Legal experience is a plus. Job Responsibilities:  Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner over the phone.  Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.  Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.  Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, etc.  Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Requirements:  Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.  Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.  Proficiency in reputed company Workspace.  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.  Reliable internet reputed company for remote work.  High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications:  Experience working in a remote or virtual office environment.  Knowledge of virtual phone systems and online scheduling software.
