This role will involve managing compliance with NCQA standards and other relevant accreditation requirements, overseeing existing quality metrics, and ensuring that our telemedicine services adhere to industry-leading standards. What You’ll Do Quality Program Management: • Under the direction of clinical leadership, implement and maintain a comprehensive quality program that aligns with the company’s strategic goals. • Ensure effective tracking and reporting of existing quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure adherence to established quality protocols and best practices.
