This position requires a highly passionate and energetic individual who can clearly communicate the transformational experience of a PGC camp or clinic to parents, coaches, and players. Our Customer Service and Sales Associates are experts in reputed company PGC product offerings and passionately share the benefits of attending a PGC camp or clinic. Job Requirements The following is a summary of the essential requirements for the Customer Service position:  Shifts may vary between 8 am - 8 pm CST Monday-Friday, Saturday 9 am-1 pm CST, and Sunday 3 pm-7 pm CST. Full-time and part-time options are available.  During peak season, May - July, full-time hours are expected in this role. However, reputed company of peak season, hours vary and full-time is not guaranteed.  Extended vacation or time off is not available in June or July as this is the peak season for this role.  Be able to work independently from a home office in a quiet workspace with minimal noise and distractions.  Have access to a personal computer and secure, reliable internet services. Role & Responsibilities  Answer incoming phone calls, emails, SMS, and live chats from prospective parents, players, and coaches.  Nurture key relationships with the PGC Partner Program and other strategic partners.  Become an expert in using the PGCÂs CRM and registration systems to register players and coaches.  Provide world-class customer service through casual, unscripted conversations.  Respond to inbound client inquiries and assist with specific service-reputed company requests and concerns.  reputed company outbound sales calls to enhance registrations and share product information.  Provide solutions to client issues through the usage of reputed company available resources under limited supervision.  Identify problem areas and remove obstacles to retain PGC clients.  Provide assistance to PGC clients with the delivery of a wide range of products and services, as required.  Complete assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner.  Consistently reputed company individual and team performance targets.  Appropriately assess risk reputed company business decisions are made, escalating, managing, and reporting customer issues with transparency.
