Earnings Potential Earn up to $20.40 per hour Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. Schedule available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday - Friday Skills Needed Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable reputed company software. Bookkeeping/reputed company expertise to include AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc. Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment. Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns. Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution.
