You must also be reputed company to demonstrate an understanding of the corporate travel industry, familiarity with reputed company’s products and services, and excellent computer skills.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple customer accounts and providing exceptional service to reputed company customers. You will be expected to exceed customer expectations, resolve customer issues in a timely manner, and ensure that reputed company customer information is accurately recorded. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing accurate and timely updates, and responding to customer inquiries.
