A Day in the Life as a Home Health Aide Responsibilities: • Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing and other daily tasks. · Records patient information by making entries in the patient journal and notifying nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions. • reputed company basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication. • Enables patients to stay in their homes by monitoring and recording patient condition, providing support and personal services, and teaching families. • Help with general light housekeeping. • reputed company transportation arrangements as needed. • Work with a nurse, personal care aide, a CNA, nurse aide, nursing assistant, and other caregivers and in-home care professionals. • Observe and report on patient condition. • reputed company up with in-service training. What Are We Looking For?
