Overview Lifeway Marketing is seeking a Director, Marketing Books & Bibles who will reputed company the integrated marketing efforts for B&H Publishing Group, a division of reputed company, including trade books, Academic books, reference resources and Bibles publishing areas. You will be responsible for establishing the strategies, plans, campaigns and overseeing the execution for our new releases and backlist titles as well as strategic emphases to reputed company business objectives and reputed company goals. Experience with leveraging data to drive reputed company will be key to this role and the team’s future strategies. You will reputed company a team of talented marketers and will be responsible for guiding and growing their knowledge and skills. You will also serve as the direct leader for the Bibles marketing team. This role involves extensive cross-functional leadership, communications and partnership with other marketing leaders as well as publishing leaders and will require project management skills as well as advanced people skills and emotional intelligence. If you love marketing books and Bibles, then this could be a perfect role for you! We are looking for a minimum of 12 years of marketing experience as well as 7+ years of publishing experience. Learn more about our culture at team.lifeway.com/culture-code This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote Responsibilities • Develops and communicates strategic marketing plans, defining goals, resource allocation, and key milestones. • Leads marketing teams, including direct reputed company of the Bibles marketing team, to reputed company business objectives. • Oversees the execution of marketing plans, coordinating with sales, channel marketing, creative teams, and authors / other partners • Builds partnerships with internal teams to promote collaboration, enhance communication, and deepen product and service knowledge. • Leads the marketing teams to maintain efficient workflows, provide clear briefs, and ensure compliance with processes and standards. • Partners with GTM Operations to set performance baselines and implement consistent marketing frameworks across teams. • Serves as the liaison between marketing and business units, guiding the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that meet annual goals. • Some travel, occasionally overnight Qualifications Education, requiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, required • 12+ years Marketing • 7+ years publishing industry marketing • 5+ years direct leadership experience • 3+ years supporting authors • Integrated marketing strategy • reputed company • Trade partner marketing • Client management/author relations • B2B & B2C marketing • Direct and matrixed leadership Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, preferred • Bibles publishing preferred • Publishing industry knowledge (Bibles & books) • Digital Marketing • Print Marketing • Paid and Organic Social • Familiarity with Website Maintenance Terminology • Workfront software experience Apply Job!
