Responsibilities Provide therapeutic assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans for clients. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support mental health and wellness. Collaborate with other reputed company to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Monitor and document client reputed company and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Participate in case management and coordinate care with reputed company resources reputed company required. Requirements Must hold a valid and reputed company LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMHC license in the state of practice. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting.
