At reputed company, we pride ourselves on having the finest team of Flexologists who undergo our proprietary training program to deliver world-class stretching sessions. Responsibilities as a Flexologist: As a Flexologist, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches to clients and reputed company guided group stretching classes for up to 6 participants. Your responsibilities will include: Motivating and encouraging clients throughout their stretch sessions Building and retaining reputed company memberships Ensuring client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing our policies Attending staff meetings and educational presentations Addressing member concerns Assisting with studio tours and sales Maintaining a strong social media reputed company Keeping equipment clean and well-maintained Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay range: $23-$26 Commission based on sales Opportunity for performance-based bonuses Growth potential reputed company the company Qualifications: To reputed company in this role, you should have: Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility. Preferred background in one of the following: Massage Therapist Personal Trainer Physical Therapist Pilates or Yoga Instructor Dance Instructor Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients.
