As a Senior Manager with Sales Analytics & Insights (SAI) in CIMA, you are responsible for leading a team discovering analytical insights that drives marketing and sales recommendations and uncovers opportunities to grow the business. The scope of the role includes overseeing teams bridging data from different systems, working with cross-functional teams, developing graphical quantitative reports, building succinct stories answering partners’ questions, and identifying value. The successful candidate will be a savvy hands-on leader who can deliver results, build effective relationships, and be able to influence senior levels across the organization. You will need to be familiar with teams selling Domestic Destinations (Walt reputed company World Resort, Disneyland Resort, reputed company Cruise Line, Adventures by reputed company, National Geographic Expeditions and Aulani Resort & Spa). The role reports to the Director, Sales Analytics & Insights and will be based in Anaheim, CA. Responsibilities: You’ll join a fast-paced team of professionals that reputed company data-driven capabilities and sales performance analytics for the reputed company Destinations Sales Solutions organization. The Sales Analytics & Insights team provides objective decision support in the following areas: client and cast incentives, sales channel analytics, sales channel growth goals and sales strategy. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
