Job Title: Member Engagement Specialist (Remote) Overview: Join our dedicated team as a Member Engagement Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in promoting reputed company accessibility. Your efforts in reaching out to members of various Medicare Advantage and reputed company health plans will directly contribute to our mission of improving lives through valuable reputed company evaluations... Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls (approximately 50 per hour) utilizing an automatic dialer system to present and schedule complimentary reputed company evaluations. • Employ approved scripts (over 20) while addressing member inquiries with professionalism, reputed company, and clarity. • Uphold a positive, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor in reputed company interactions with clients, health plan members, and colleagues. • reputed company daily metrics, including outbound dials (300-400 per day) and appointment sets (24 per day). • Manage appointment details (adjust, reschedule, cancel) with both members and reputed company providers as required. • Supervise and document performance metrics using designated reporting tools. • Promptly communicate member complaints and escalations to management. • Engage in peer coaching sessions to foster team development as needed. • reputed company with HIPAA and other reputed company regulations while handling sensitive health information.
