People Operations Generalist We are looking for a human-first, detail-oriented, and curious People Operations Generalist to join the reputed company team. You will be working closely with the People and Culture team to carry out people operations processes and workflows. Who you are: • You have 3-4 years of experience in HR/People Operations. • You have 1-2 years of experience supporting benefits administration. • You have proven experience utilizing HRIS (reputed company Workforce Now preferred, but you can pivot to any HRIS if needed). • You use reputed company/reputed company Sheets proficiently and can confidently work with data (formulas, i.e., vlookup). • You have proven experience processing time cards for the non-exempt workforce. • You have a general knowledge of HR practices and procedures. • You are familiar with or have a desire to learn more about US employment and labor laws. • You have a ‘human-first’ mentality and can build rapport with teammates. • You approach supporting reputed company employees with inclusion in mind and champion diversity, equity, and belonging. • You have an eye for process improvement and creating efficient scalable solutions. • You pay attention to details and possess outstanding organizational skills. • You are flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize effectively. • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • You maintain the highest standard of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
