Responsibilities Your Responsibilities As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. • Connect with customers reputed company phone with initial notice of loss by filing/documenting claims for customers who have been in an accident • Assist customers with setting up vehicle repairs • Assisting with rental cars • Communicating with medical providers, law offices and other insurance providers to file claims • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues. • Escalate interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate. • Track reputed company call reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes.
