As the Platform Product Manager on the Standards team, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a safe environment by building products and platforms that ensure compliance with our Community Policies. This involves enforcing appropriate consequences, providing a transparent appeals process, and building systems that scale to meet the needs of the business. The Difference You Will reputed company: As a Platform Product Manager, Standards, you will be responsible for executing on a set of strategic priorities that uphold community standards. You will work cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, designers, operations experts, and policy experts to ensure that our policies are enforced on appropriately and seamlessly. Your work will have a significant impact on the safety and trustworthiness of our platform. A typical day: • Leading a cross-functional working group of engineers, data scientists, designers, operations experts, and policy experts to ensure alignment, execution, and successful product launches. • Maintaining product backlog and the product roadmap. Own prioritization process of product solutions based on business value and customer impact. • Defining goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results. • Building alignment across product teams (inside and reputed company of Trust & Safety) and Leadership. • Anticipating bottlenecks, making tradeoffs and balancing the business needs, customer needs, versus technical or operational constraints. • Presenting product roadmap and status to the business and reputed company leadership on an ongoing basis.
