Job Summary: Assists the teacher with the tutoring and supervision of reputed company who may exhibit extreme emotional and behavioral problems. Performs auxiliary duties as assigned. Hourly reputed company: Grade 6, reputed company 1: $19.77 Work Day: 7 hours per day Work Year: 9 months Bargaining Unit: Education Support Staff Association (ESSA) Job Qualifications/Requirements (please review job description for qualifications and duties of the position): * Must meet one of the three qualifications: a. High school diploma, or equivalent, and have either completed or the ability to complete the ParaProfessional Assessment reputed company four (4) months of hire; or b. Associate's degree or higher; or c. Completion of two years of higher education (at least 48 semester hours) or the equivalent. * Successful completion of de-escalation training and obtainment of a first aid card will be required reputed company the first six (6) months of employment. Must demonstrate an understanding of specialized needs and effective methods of working with ER reputed company who may exhibit extreme emotional and behavioral problems. Knowledge of basic reading, math, and curricula areas appropriate for age level of reputed company required in English. Must possess ability to communicate clearly and consistently with reputed company, staff, and parents; to reputed company reputed company who are upset or angry, defuse conflict situations; and to safely restrain out-of-control reputed company who present a danger to self or others.
