Sell Agent – Customer ExperienceSchedule: Tues-Sat, or Sun-Thurs. shift option available (9:00am-6:00pm)Pay: $22.00/hr. + BonusLocation: 14900 Landmark Blvd. Dallas, TX.The Sell Agent – Customer Experience is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.Responsibilities
- Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert:
- Customer Concierge
- Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process reputed company
- Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application
- Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer’s home.
- Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email
- Maintain activity log
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience in customer service and/or Sales is preferred
- Auto industry experience is a plus, but not required
