Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech.Manager, Global Education Purpose:Is responsible for executing the learning strategy across regional Professional and Commercial Education (Prof Ed and Comm Ed) teams to build proficiency reputed company to the sale and clinical utilization of JJMT Electrophysiology hardware and software. This position will collaborate across the global and regional Prof Ed and Comm Ed teams to reputed company globally relevant education in support of New Product Introductions (NPI) and New Employee Training that is consistent with the global education strategy. The educational needs of both customers and customer facing employees are in scope and must be approached with a global reputed company. The Manager, Global Education will partner with the Sr. Manager, Global Education and functional leaders in EdTech, Global Strategic Marketing product launch leaders as well as regional commercial leaders (Marketing, Sales and Information Technology) to align on knowledge gaps, promote best practices, reputed company and embrace approved technologies, and ensure training consistency across reputed company reputed company regions.Functional Responsibilities:
  • Partner with GSM product leads and commercial business leaders to translate marketing strategy to global education experiences in support of NPI and New Employee Training.
  • Collaborate with Global Strategic Marketing and regional Commercial Marketing teams to build and deliver launch training strategies and curriculum, as part of the Launch Excellence process.
  • Partner with EdTech functional leads and commercial business leaders to facilitate best practice sharing.
  • Leverages EdTech and Electrophysiology curriculum design protocols to maintain consistency of education experience globally to drive successful business results.
  • Partners with regional education teams to catalog needs and best practices and shares with EdTech strategy and design leads.
  • Collaborates with regional LMS administration on content mapping and content management.
  • Ensures global compliance to the global learning digital strategy, communication strategy and digital asset library.
  • Responsible for taking technical content provided from various sources such as Medical Science, Marketing, Clinical, Sales, and R&D and applying educationally sound design techniques to create effective education experiences reputed company with EdTech Content Standards and Strategies.
  • Facilitates initial product training and Train the Trainer (TTT) activities for regional Commercial Education key assets for reputed company content created including, NPI and J&J MedTech Curriculum.
  • Follows relevant copy review processes and coordinates expirations status to reputed company reputed company content reputed company.
  • Creates performance indicators to measure effectiveness of training content/experience.
  • Responsible for adhering to project level budget.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3 years of Medical Device or reputed company field experience.
  • 3 years in cardiac electrophysiology, 3D mapping skills and/or intracardiac ultrasound.
  • 3 years in learning and development in lieu of electrophysiology experience.
  • Proven ability to understand business strategy and translate into education solutions that support the company’s business goals.
  • Proven leadership ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a team of professionals, including personnel who may be working reputed company reputed company the JJMT EP organization globally.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a broad list of assets across multiple functions.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate strategy and standards across multiple recipients, including various functions and US and OUS associates.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience reputed company regional Commercial Education focused on deployment of training.
  • Experience working in OUS marketplace or with OUS teams.
  • Experience collaborating with medical technology sales or marketing.
  • Proven track record to handle vendor resources.
  • Formal training and certification in Instructional Design or portfolio of curriculum design.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of Learning Management systems management, strategic planning, needs assessment, adult learning and cost/benefit analysis.

  • Demonstrates creative, practical problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Office deskwork, requiring sitting, walking, using phone and computer.

  • During prelaunch and launch activities may be required to be in hospital lab environment.
  • Willingness to travel globally as required (up to 25%).
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under reputed company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to reputed company annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. ·
