Job Description:OverviewField HR Business Partner Opportunity! You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the overall organizational objectives. QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
  • At least 10+ years of HR Business Partner or Consulting experience in the areas of change management, workforce planning, coaching/consultation, program/project management, reputed company and reputed company, facilitation, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, overall talent management, and communication.
  • High preference/required experience in supporting a distributed/decentralized workforce in a multi-state territory.
  • A bachelor's degree in a reputed company field is required; HR Certification is a plus
