Salary will be set annually on a performance-based schedule. Teachers will report to the head of school.Major FunctionInstructional position responsible for the educational leadership of scholars in a group or class in an innovative charter school. • Demonstrates respect for scholars, colleagues, administrators, and parents.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a fully accredited college or university.
• Possession of, or eligibility for, a Florida teaching certificate for the level and subject area to be taught.
• Preferred Florida certification in the elementary education and/or the middle grades.
• National Board of Certified Teacher certification is desirable.
• Charter school experience is desirable.
• Classical education experience is desirable.
• Experience in delivering curriculum online or virtual reality experience is desirable.
• Integrated curriculum (Grades 5-9) licenses.
