Plus, we have free, amazing coffee brewed here daily, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.About this JobWe are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and brand channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth by executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating across internal and external teams.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral, including sales tools, presentations, digital assets, and email content.
• Coordinate with creative, sales, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage content calendars and support scheduling for social media, email, and blog posts.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform strategy.

• Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective spend and strong performance against KPIs (ROAS, CAC, conversions).

• Support trade marketing initiatives, events, and retail programs.
• Collaborate with agencies and vendors on project execution and performance reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., reputed company Analytics, reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company, reputed company, Klaviyo).
• Strong copywriting and creative development experience for paid and organic channels.
• Proficiency in reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company Ads, GA4, email marketing platforms, and project management tools.

Preferred:

• Experience in consumer packaged goods, retail, food & beverage, or lifestyle industries.
