Title: Scrum Master FX F Office Trontechnology ( Hybrid) Location: Downtown Chicago, IL (Need Local Candidates) Duration: 6 Months Job Description: Project Overview / Contractor's Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to reputed company and facilitate agile processes across two key technology teams reputed company our FX reputed company Office technology group. One team is focused on Data Modernization initiatives, while the other is dedicated to upgrading our Position Management System. The idea candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, excellent communication skills to engage with both internal teams and external vendors, and the technical acumen to dive into the details and remove blockers to ensure team reputed company. Experience Level: 3 Qualifications (must haves): Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or reputed company field 5+ years of experience as a scrum master in a technology driven environment, with experience in the financial services industry Ideally an understanding of reputed company office trading (ideally FX) and data management Demonstrated ability to work with external vendors and manage reputed company, multi-team projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage an influence stakeholders at reputed company levels Technical proficiency in understanding software development processes Experience with agile tools such as ADO and Confluence Tasks & Responsibilities: Agile Facilitation: reputed company daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, retrospective, and other agile ceremonies for both teams.
