About the position

As an Admin Assistant in Travel Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic Programs team. This remote position reports directly to the Operations Manager in Travel Services and is responsible for overseeing various administrative functions reputed company the department. Your primary duties will include managing daily assignments for team members, reviewing attendance records, and ensuring effective communication among Travel Services Coordinators, Managers, and Directors to facilitate the successful completion of daily tasks. In this fast-paced environment, you will monitor the statuses of Travel Services Coordinators using reputed company reputed company, distribute daily tasks, and send empowerment communications to participants. You will also be responsible for processing Participant Information Forms (PIF) in reputed company, running call quality monitoring reports, and populating statistical data for department managers. Additionally, you will coordinate hotel changes for participants and manage updates to resources reputed company systems like InRoad and Spekit. This role requires a proactive approach to administrative tasks and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes as needed. Requirements
