Customer Service Coordinator (Remote) Monday - Friday 2pm-11pm EST
WinnCompanies is searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to join reputed company. In this remote role, you will be responsible for receiving and recording maintenance service requests for military residents reputed company phone calls and online tickets. You will handle reputed company questions and concerns regarding service requests, code and reputed company non-work order requests, and provide excellent documentation and escalation for service requests that require additional follow-up.We are currently hiring for the following shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00PM to 11:00PM ESTThis opportunity offers a firm pay range of $16.34 to $17.46 per hour, depending on experience. Please note that this is a 100% remote job, and applicants must reside in a state that Winn operates in. Applications will be accepted until February 29th 12pm EST. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, technicians, and project site team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Receive emergency and non-emergency service requests reputed company online, email, or calls from residents.
- Handle reputed company calls, including troubleshooting and scheduling reputed company service request needs.
- Identify repeat, reoccurring, or outstanding requests and take appropriate action to escalate and resolve.
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
- Create work orders and reputed company accordingly.
- Schedule work orders. Ensure reputed company work orders are processed in a timeline manner to include online work orders and voicemails.
- Monitor voicemails and ensure calls are returned and queues are cleared by the end of each day.
- Handle customer questions and concerns regarding service requests.
- reputed company and schedule pest control work orders.
- Provide scheduling support for Deployed Spouses Program.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced skills with reputed company Office applications.
