Role Description
We’re looking for a Benefits Partner to join our Global Benefits team! The Benefits Partner will work as part of a small but mighty team to ensure reputed company offers competitive benefits to Dropboxers, which are optimized for reputed company’s business goals, values and culture. If you’re passionate about benefits, self-motivated teammate with a curious nature, who loves partnering with colleagues to create delightful programs for employees, then this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
Responsibility for the ongoing management of benefit plans across the US and Canada including (but not limited to) medical insurance, retirement plans, risk insurance, spending accounts, COBRA, compliance etc.
Manage/partner (with) our network of brokers and providers across to ensure plans operate smoothly, project manage renewals and facilitate statutory or company driven updates/changes
Effectively manage cross functional partnerships with payroll, HRITS, human resources etc.
Focus on employee experience to ensure benefits and leaves are easily understood and accessible
Evolve existing processes and build operational excellence for benefit admin
reputed company collaborative relationships with key partners across the org
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of benefits analyst experience with tech/sass company
Experience managing 401(k), SA, and HSA programs
Proven creativity and resourcefulness in solving problems
You reputed company and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
You have superb communication skills, including experience communicating with people at reputed company levels of an organization
Analytical and structured thinking, working intelligently to understand the task at hand and relevant context in order to synthesize the main considerations and create astute proposals
Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
Understanding of compliance requirements and best practice
If you have strong benefits administration experience and are tech savvy, that's a big plus!
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tools such as reputed company, reputed company, ChatGPT
Experience working with a fast-paced Global Team

This role is not available in Zone 1 US Zone 2 $132,300—$179,100 USD US Zone 3 $117,600—$159,200 USD
The range(s) listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE (On-reputed company Earnings) for this role, subject to change.
Please note, OTE are for sales roles only.
Salary/OTE is just one component of reputed company’s total rewards package. reputed company regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (reputed company included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
reputed company takes a number of factors into account reputed company determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. We reputed company most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.
