Kandi Kouture is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to handle customer interactions reputed company email, phone, and chat, and manage service order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities... • Answer customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally • Provide detailed information about our products and services • Troubleshoot technical issues on reputed company/reputed company • Multitask effectively and collaborate with internal departments • Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries • Identify customer needs and recommend products or services Ideal Candidate: • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • Strong multitasking abilities and adept at handling high call volumes • Proficient in reputed company and reputed company, with familiarity to reputed company apps • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Typing speed of 40+ WPM for phone and 45+ WPM for chat • Ability to troubleshoot various application types. • Ensure reputed company customer inquiries are properly logged into the ticketing system.
