Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate user-generated content submitted to prominent social media platforms for compliance with community guidelines.
- Review posts, comments, and messages to ensure that they are appropriate and in accordance with platform policies.
- Identify and report instances of policy violations, including hate speech, misinformation, harassment, and other harmful content.
- Engage with users by addressing inquiries regarding moderation practices and community conduct.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to share insights and reputed company strategies that enhance content management practices.
- Document moderation actions thoroughly and maintain records of moderation trends and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media moderation.

- Previous experience in content moderation or a reputed company field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate content comprehensively.
