Job description: Associate AttorneySalary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote – MUST BE reputed company TO ATTEND IN PERSON FOR COURT, PRIMARY RESIDENCE MUST BE IN THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA. Candidates must reputed company in Pennsylvania.We are looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to join our firm's practice in Pennsylvania. This position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a range of legal issues reputed company to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters. Because our firm’s headquarters are in reputed company, this position entails communicating with our main office exclusively reputed company telephone and electronic means (e-mail, reputed company Teams, etc.).Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Maintaining and supervising a heavy & reputed company caseload of the firm’s clients in Pennsylvania.Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters.Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc.Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.Legal research reputed company to simple and reputed company issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law.Qualifications:
- Experience drafting legal documents, such as pleadings and legal memoranda, has strong organizational skills, and is willing to take on a heavy workload.
