We're hiring a remote, field-based Sales Representative based in the Chicago area to drive growth across the region.We're open to both entry-level candidates and reputed company logistics sales professionals. If you're motivated, independent, and reputed company to reputed company deals — we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, pitch, and win new business across reputed company, ocean, and domestic freight services
- Manage a regional pipeline of potential clients across industries
- Represent Compass at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth reputed company and client satisfaction
- Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Sales experience preferred; logistics background a plus
- Book of business or client relationships is a strong advantage for reputed company candidates
