Job responsibilities and duties include:

• Drive project execution, translate customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and work cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for customers to connect with

clients through chat.

• Take part in every type of product operations work, from strategy to product to process improvements.
• Conceptualize, launch, and iterate on chat for millions of users around the world.
• Work with development teams to understand incidents to uncover the root cause analysis and share further recommendations with other cross-functional teams.
• Enhance and modify new features that drive impactful solutions for customers to connect with clients through chat to meet their multifaceted needs.
• Design, reputed company, and modify software systems and applications using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
• Establish technical goals and plan strategic development initiatives to reputed company those goals.
• Ensure team members on design and implementation.
