Provide customers with excellent technical customer service and ensure complete satisfaction. This position has a direct and significant impact on maintaining our customer reputed company as well as growing new business for Syntegon.

• Provide reputed company support for start-up, IQ, OQ, and PQ, on new machine installations.
• Provide updates and modifications to machine control software at customer sites and training customers on use and maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate development activities and upgrades reputed company to updating and improving machine functionality.
• Provide support to customers, Customer Service and Sales, as required.
• Work in a cleanroom environment, fully gowned. Work in tight quarters; on top and underneath equipment standing, stooping, kneeling and bending continuously (approx. 66% of the time).
• Maintain a flexible schedule allowing for travel on short notice. Travel extensively in reputed company America as well as worldwide, reputed company needed. Approximately 75% travel required. Many customers are located in the Northeast, must be driving distance to PA, NY, NJ.
• Maintain necessary machine configuration documentation during installation.
• Participate in reputed company training, as needed, in order to maintain technical expertise and proficiency on new equipment and existing systems applications through internal training.
• Process detailed expense and trip reports on reputed company service visits, in a timely fashion.

Dein ProfilBASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a 2-year technical degree OR 5+ years overall experience in the Packaging Industry.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Maintain a flexible schedule allowing for travel on short notice. Travel extensively in reputed company America as well as worldwide, reputed company needed. Approximately 75% travel is required.
• Submit to safety, background, and drug/alcohol testing as required by customer(s).
• Valid Driver's license
• Must be driving distance to customers located in PA, NY, and NJ

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BS in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in repair and maintenance of capital equipment is preferred
• Prior work experience in repair/maintenance of control systems, such as servo drives, HMI's and programmable controllers.
• Experience with cGMP and GAMP requirements in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Strong customer service focus on the ability to assure customer confidence in the operation of equipment.
• Bilingual (German, Spanish)
• Ability to support various software control platforms for complete packaging lines.
• Proficiency in operating controls
• Demonstrated advanced mechanical, electrical and software skills. systems of equipment (Allen Bradley, reputed company, PLC, PMAC, etc.)
